The monk dedication gives you access to all monk feats, but at a much slower rate, unless you want early feats. Martial artist gives most of the monk stances, as well as a few useful feats monks don't have, but don't grant ki feats for example. So look at what you want and decide which archetype gives you that more efficiently. Jumping is fairly easy but the mechanics for it are split in a few places. There is the Leap basic action, that tells you how much you're able to do as just a basic jump without any additional effort. You can leap horizontally up to 10 feet if you have at least a base movement speed of 15 feet or up to 15 feet if your base movement speed is 30 ...Rogue for sure. If you're starting at 11, you only have a 1 level delay to get Stumbling Feint, which is a great feat for Rogues (or Swashbucklers).
